The Modern Manor is the main unit facing the street, with a petite cottage located directly behind it on the same property. Your booking includes exclusive, private use of the entire Modern Manor and full access to the fenced communal yard (the additional cottage is not included). For parking, your reservation includes one covered spot on the left side of the carport, while the right side is reserved separately. If a guest staying in the cottage requires the Level 2 EV charging station—which is Tesla-compatible with an adapter—you may be asked to park on the street to accommodate shared charger access. Street parking is always readily available, and specific parking instructions will be provided with your check-in information.
